Do you take custom orders?
We typically take customer orders following our Halloween release. Custom order spaces are limited and filled chronologically. If you’re interested, send us your requests via e-mail once October rolls around to secure your spot.
When will my order ship?
Orders go out weekly, typically on Monday mornings. However, preparation for craft shows can sometimes delay this process. If your purchase is time sensitive, please get in contact with us or leave a note during checkout. We’re happy to field order inquiries via e-mail or Instagram DMs.
Can I return / exchange my yeti?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once your order has been shipped.
Do you ship international?
International shipping is available. It is however your responsibility to know your country’s shipping laws regarding VAT charges and delivery.
They are not. For stability and longevity, your trophy mount is fastened securely to it’s board.
